OUTSTANDING CARE!!
Aggieland Urgent Care is SO great. I needed to be seen for an excruciating ear ache. They got me in first thing this morning. NP Debbie is fantastic. Everytime I've seen her, she has been perfect in my eyes in regard to gentleness, listening, understanding what I'm saying and providing clear, sound-sounding medical advice. She's the first PA I've ever seen that has gained my trust. I trust her more than many MDs I've seen.The clinic is peaceful and calming. They have a prayer request box in the reception room and will pray WITH you if you would like.Highly recommend AUC and Debbie.

Turned Away
Called at 6:45 pm to inquire if my sick daughter could be seen. Was told there were no available scheduled appointments but she could come in as a walk in and wait to be seen. She arrived at 7:00 pm and was told that 3 patients came in before her so they were too busy and wouldn't be able to see her that day even though the clinic was open for 2 more hours. I consider this to be a rejection of medical care for an urgent care clinic that accepts walk in patients. The possibility of not being seen was never disclosed in the initial call regarding receiving medical care that day.
