DFW prompt Care

This is the worst doctors office that we’ve ever visited. You provide your insurance and prior medical history weeks before visit and they don’t scan it into their records. They charge $450 for a visit which they want payment up front and then expect you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Medical history is reviewed at the visit then a week later we needed a prescription to be refilled but they won’t refill prescriptions unless you come back as they want to charge for another visit. You reach out to doctor multiple times but you can’t get any response.They also gave no office manager or billing person on site so if you have a question they tell you to call a 3rd party billing company. They have a receptionist whose only response is I’ll leave a message for the doctor.If your looking for a practice that cares about their patients this is not the place to go. They only seem interested in billing their patients as much as possible.
