Nosy rude unprofessional desk staff and rude dr

Refused to refill my prescription for maintenance meds. And got his feelings hurt because I didn’t want to go over my history when it’s his job to read the file first. Not my job to regurgitate the facts over and over again. Dr Harrell was a good doctor but I think she’s been overworked and overruled by an idiot med director. Which should be her but she is too smart to be in charge of a failing medical system
