Customer Service Exvellence
I was at the office for my appointment on Feb. 5. I was helped and I watched how Kadetria guided the new receptionists with patience and calmly teaching them the system. I could see the professionalism, the patience and the kindness and caring disposition of Ms Kadetria. I retired after 32 years as a customer service employee. It can be very challenging learning the system, helping customers and being consistent with the kindness and patience Ms Kadetria showed.
