Bad communication

I was hospitalized 4 hours away. I called for a follow up and no request for medical records had been made all week. I called the hospital to request medical records. They called me Monday morning to say they were faxing the records and calling to make sure the clinic got them. I called Monday morning requesting an appointment. No call back. I called Tuesday morning to report an injury. No call back. I went to urgent care Tuesday evening for care and have to return today for wound care. I scheduled myself for a Thursday appointment through the portal. Dr Zamora’s office in Eagle Pass Tuesday morning concerned I hadn’t gotten follow up and did I need to schedule there. I said my clinic had not responded and said they would call and tell the clinic I needed to be seen. I am livid that I am having to pay out of pocket for this. They still haven’t me.contacted
