This practice is horribly managed! THREE TIMES IN A ROW (today being the third), I have had an appintment at 8:00 am, and all three times, the nurse I am waiting to see, is either not available, or like today, simply does a no-show! This practices sends multiple reminders of the upcoming appointment via both text and email, emphasizing and stressing how important it is for me, the patient, to be on time, while they themselves clearly do not share that same obligation and respect for me. Their practice culture is all about them, NOT about you the patient. As the saying goes, PATIENT BEWARE! The emphasis on patient care and wanting to do good for you, only works when it serves the needs of the practice first.
