Outstanding Internist - extremely thorough…however the absolute WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL medical staff I have ever been to EVER! If I could rate this office at negative 10, I would.The staff is so incredibly RUDE & all uneducated. Where does he find these people?? My husband (a long-time patient) had an appointment on a Wednesday. He needed refills sent to our mail in pharmacy. It took me three days of calling & finally I got into a screaming match with his Medical Assistant. SERIOUSLY a screaming match. We will never step foot into that office again.Dr Grand, good luck to you, but ultimately, it’s up to you to manage your staff.
