Hospital Brockley

We had a medical emergency with my mother in law on 04/01/22. The ambulance picked her up and delivered her to DRMC at 1:30-1:45am. When we got there at 2am, we went to the triage reception and spoke to the lady checking in patients to the ER. We told her the ambulance just dropped our mother off in respiratory distress. She asked for her name and DOB and we provided it. She rudely snapped at us and said our mother is not there and we should leave to find whatever hospital the ambulance dropped her off. We left confused and scared. We called the non-emergency line to inquire if there was a change in drop off. They confirmed that the drop off did not change and she was taken to DRMC. We went back to DRMC and encountered the same lady. She rolled her eyes and just stared at us. We asked again if our mother was here. She said “I already said she wasn’t here”. We were distraught.
