Worst business i have ever dealt with
Hold times are 25 minutes or more, and if you call before lunch they will hang up on you to take a break. They also jack up your prescription refills so if you want to be without meds for several days every month then this is your place to go. every time they promised a follow up they have failed, every single time.

Doesn't focus5on the patient
It's obvious they are trying to take on as many patients as possible and lack focus. Definitely feel like a number not a person there.

I've been going to Holiner for over a decade. It's a typical psychiatric office, but over the last couple years it's gotten worse. The billing is now all done by 3rd-party, and the rates they charge keep changing. I've been trying to get a callback or information regarding fees for months now and all the office says is "the billing is 3rd party so it's out of our control"... but yet they still want the money.
