Rude people

What visit. Get a call after the clinic hrs to tell me they canceled my appointment why not call during business hrs. Called and was on hold for over a hour and half no one answered very poor customer service. Received a call about having to change my appointments again not happy when this was set up over a year ago. Excuse the weather. Really very poor professionalism and respect for vets. Never received a reason for the cancellation Really
