I recently had an appointment with Dr. Cheng and, unfortunately, found the experience to be disappointing. He demonstrated poor communication skills, particularly in listening to my concerns, explaining medical information, and interpreting lab results. Both Dr. Cheng and Dr. Pritesh appeared disinterested in my medical history and the treatments that have been effective for me in the past. Instead, their primary focus seemed to be on ordering procedures, injections, and stimulators rather than considering a patient-centered approach.During my visit, Dr. Cheng administered a urine test and incorrectly accused me of using morphine, which I have never taken. Based on this inaccurate result, he canceled my pain management contract and refused to provide further treatment. I believe that due to the clinic’s location, patients are unfairly subjected to assumptions about drug-seeking behavior rather than being evaluated based on their individual medical conditions.
