Beware Dr. Provenghi not always the provider

Took a morning off and when I showed up, I found out Dr. Provenghi was not who I was seeing. When asked why I had not been told before scheduling, I was told I never asked! I didn't because I thought she would be there since she is pictured on the front web page. Apparently, dentistry is not her only job and does not always go in to the dental office. They could have asked who I wanted the appointment with when I made it. I felt disappointed and tricked into the office. I cancelled and the front person didn't even apologize or seem to care. Easy come easy go.....next.
