El Paso Kidney Specialists has a reputation for excellent nephrologists, but their scheduling process falls short. Over the past two months, I've made multiple attempts to schedule an appointment by leaving messages at their Pellicano offi, without receiving any response. This disconnect between the highly-regarded physicians and the unresponsive office staff at both west and east locations is disappointing. While the practice's expertise is appealing, the inability to access care due to administrative issues is frustrating.I hope El Paso Kidney Specialists can improve their responsiveness to better serve patients seeking nephrology care. Potential patients should be aware of these communication challenges when considering this practice. A more efficient scheduling system would greatly enhance the overall patient experience and allow more people to benefit.
