Thank you for all of your patience and expertise
We loved Dr. Thomas throughout this entire process. From the moment I came in for the consultation, I just felt like she was going to be so patient, caring, and knowledgeable. I have never had a doctor cry with me until Dr. Thomas. She always took the time to talk to us and made sure we knew exactly what was going to happen along the way. She was not bothered by my millions of questions and always took extra time to answer me.

Compassionate care through a difficult journey
I was extremely happy with the level of care and service from the administrative and clinical staff. The doctors and nurses were compassionate and knowledgeable, and I always felt up to date on my treatment plans and the next steps involved.

Dr. Nackley and her team were so thorough at identifying potential issues prior to transfers, they were helpful in walking us through possible outcomes with our issues of cysts, and they were our biggest cheerleaders throughout our wait and transfer process!

Took 3 egg retrievals, and 7 transfers. Multiple protocols, but Dr Thomas was always willing to talk through different options, listen to my opinions, and we got there in the end!
