I was referred to this office May 19 upon arrival very crowded inside no mask mandate no social distancing went to the first one window to check in and was sent to the fourth window I stood there my wife and I and the lady said give me a minute give me a minute so we waited approximately five minutes and he said date of birth my wife said my date of birth and she said loudly excuse me? I had to spell out my date of birth to her very rude unprofessional she said I have a seat will get to you the waiting room was so crowded and packed like sardines at this point my wife and I was very upset so I scheduled another appointment for June 14 I had to speak to a supervisor discussing how rude the lady at the window was she said she would take care of that Dr. bajaj Referred me to this clinic I am presently trying to find another clinic to do the procedure my doctor ordered and I will never recommend this office to any of my friends because of their unprofessional staff at the window!
