Pathetic
Please don't waste time here. Waited for 4 months to get my first appointment. Finally after seeing Dr. Kendrick, she recommended removing polyps which happened the next month. (Luckily she had time to do that). But after surgery she was completely booked so no follow up. No call from the doctor and no appointment. After a month I was experiencing very heavy bleeding so called and guess what I have wait for another 4 months to be seen by a nurse practitioner. Pathetic care quality

Badly managed practice, average care at best
Incredibly disorganized practice - the administration is so bad that it's hard to actually access care. I've been trying to schedule an IUD replacement for four months; every time I call the office, the receptionist has to leave a message for a nurse to call me back. Their call-back time is supposed to be 24-72 hours, but I only successfully get a call back when after that amount of time, I call a second time to tell them no one has called me. They once put the message into the mailbox of a nurse who was no longer with the practice, and never would have found it if I didn't call back. The doctor I saw has left the practice, and her exit message conveyed that they would reach out to reschedule my future well woman appointment, which they still haven't. As soon as I get this procedure done, I'll never deal with them again.
