The doctors are great. However, MELISSA GARCIA had “scheduled” my child’s appointments via phone, but didn’t put today’s visit in, resulting in me calling the facility for an hour to be either not answered at all, or put on hold for extensive amount of time. When I finally reached someone, she abruptly interrupted me several times, often raising her voice. I had to repeat myself several times, to which she replied telling me “you need to stop being rude”. When I am repeating myself because you kept interrupting me and not listening to what I was telling you, that isn’t me being rude. When I requested that the appointment we were supposed to have 30 minutes prior to be rescheduled to consolidate with his other appointment in early August, she denied the request multiple times and insisted “umm NO, we will see you in 15 minutes”. Mind you it’s my son’s birthday today, a time we are trying to celebrate, and I’m met with rudeness, insults, professionalism, and hostility from this person.
