No communication / very unprofessional
There is no patient communication. Voicemails, text messages and messages through their health portal are not answered or returned. No one rarely answers the phone number, and when someone does they aren't helpful at all. They'll get an attitude when asked simple general questions about test results etc. I've waited over 3 weeks for MRI results for an initial visit that was 5 weeks ago! Now I'm told I may have to re take the test... not happening. Dr. Kahn is nice and very knowledgeable, but her staff and the way she allows her office to be ran is a disgrace to the medical community. They put the blame on Dr. Kahn and have no interest in proving real help or answers.
