Office Staff
My visit with Dr Houlan went very well. He ordered a CT scan of my back and the order was faxed to the hospital. But that is where the problems begin!! The hospital needed more paperwork, sent a fax to KSF offices and received no reply. The person then tried to contact the offices of KSF and never spoke to a person, remained on hold for an extended period of time. I then called KSF, the same thing, did not speak to a person and was on hold for 10 minutes each time I called. Something needs to be done about the staff, they are dysfunctional.
