Original appointment booked in July: October 28th They called to push it back to November 2nd in mid September They emailed to push it back to December 2nd in the beginning of October They then wanted me to refill out intake forms and moved it to February 9th When I replied to that they tried to make an appointment December 26th. They don't care about patients, very obviously did not actually read my emails. Thanks for wasting my time, I could've had another appointment scheduled back in July if they had just been honest about their availability rather than overbooking and underperforming. Use ANYONE else. **Scheduled with Dr. Alice Mao, but I imagine its a problem with the culture of the practice as a whole
