I was on time for my 2:30 P.M. appointment this afternoon. Upon walking to enter the building it was clearly posted that EVERYONE needed to wear a face mask. Entering Dr. Razzack office lobby the doors had similar postings. I am not a Face Mask Nazi, but if this is to be the protocol then EVERYONE should have their faces covered. Announcing myself to the receptionist I questioned why her nose was not covered with her mask. If you're going to wear it, wear it properly. I waited patiently to be called and once 35 minutes had passed I questioned if there was a delay. I was told the following by a receptionist that the doctor was behind schedule. I question how far behind and how long before I would be seen. The receptionist called someone and then told me that a time could not be given.
