terrible customer service
I scheduled new patient appointment online at 4pm, confirmation email was sent to me. Then 3 days before appointment, I get email from roman dental stating appointment confirmation for 3pm. I called office, they said oh we tried to call you to change time of appointment, no ma'am, I did not get any calls from your office at all. Then the staff stated we cannot do cleaning at 4pm, so why was that spot offered online. Then she said maybe you can come 15minutes earlier. Then on morning of the appointment, the staff called to cancel my appointment and not even offered to reschedule. This office is too snobby and customer communication is very poor. I was referred here by my husband, I will convince him to seek service somewhere else too.
