DO NOT GO HERE. I and my two kids have been coming here for three years but a few months ago the practice was sold and it has been a MESS ever since. Everything they tell you is untrue: they don't send Rxs when they say they will; in-person appointments are EXTREMELY late; and they DID NOT TELL ME for 4 appts that they were now out-of-network for my insurance provider, racking up a huge bill. AVOID!

My medication was recently adjusted. The doctor increased my dosage. After picking up my refill I realized it was wrong. The doctor had sent in an old prescription, a much lower dosage I was on three months prior. I tried returning the medication to the pharmacy, but they could not take it back. I tried calling for two days, multiple times throughout the day and no one would answer. I left voicemails, sent emails and I never got a response. On the third day I tried calling from a different number, selected ‘provider’ from the list of menu options and finally got someone to answer. The doctor called me later that day. The doctor’s suggestion was to take a dose and a half to equate to the full dose I needed. Not only was I being told to gauge my own dosage but the type of medication I require is classified as a scheduled narcotic. This suggestion could have had a dire affect on my mental health if I did not gauge the half dose properly. Mental health should not be taken lightly.
