Non-Published '10 Minute Late Window' Policy
Awful experience here...rude arrogant staff. The doctor is NEVER there to supervise. DO NOT GO HERE!!! It is not about taking care of patients; it's about mistreatment of patients!! Despite never seeing patients ON TIME, they have a '10-minute late window' policy and will turn you away if you arrive 11 minutes late...again if you are early, you may well wait for 35 - 45 minutes to be seen. On the day I was turned away...for being ONE MEASLY minute late under their generous policy, Houston was having EXTREME thunderstorms and massive amounts of rain. I drove over 30 minutes to make my appointment and was turned away despite the clearly dangerous driving conditions. BAD PEOPLE at this place!!! (Their '10-minute Late window' policy is not published anywhere! So you have no notice they will turn you away after driving long distances in Houston Traffic...) I'm 65, have 100% gray hair, am on social security and Medicare.....and they would not see me.
