I began seeing Dr. Davis in 2019 and loved my experience. She was personable and knowledgeable. Seeing other doctors when Dr. Davis was unavailable was also a pleasant experience. However, when I tried to make an appointment in Jan. this year, I was told by office staff that nothing was available for me and I should find a new provider. I had always had pleasant interactions, paid on time, and never knew of any issues, so I was disappointed to hear this. I’m still not really sure what happened. This team of doctors is a great if you can see them, but be prepared that you could be dismissed as a patient without warning or insight. Admittedly, it hurt my feelings. OBGYN services are very personal experiences and, for me, it felt awful to be “fired” completely out of the blue. Perhaps they are just too busy with patients and had to let some go… who knows. But having been a years-long patient and receiving no additional context or direction, the whole experience was pretty disheartening.
