Worst business ever

They don't answer their phone ...they give you an appointment then change it and don't even call you ...so you leave work and show up to find they aren't there or they won't see you ....they won't take my braces off and it's been a year after I'm supposed to have them off because they want to finish paying them off before they will remove them even though when I put the. 1500$ down payment on them they said they will remove them when the braces are ready to be removed even if the payments are not completed at that time and I would keep paying after removal that was a lie
