unethical practice
Pre surgery care was non-existent. They never called me to tell me what to do before surgery and hours of fasting. I had to call them to get information. I was rushed out of the surgery even when I couldn't stand. They got 2 people to hold me up and walk me to my car. I told them I needed to sit. They said I was fine. Billing was a mess. I overpaid for the surgery and was due a refund of over $200. I called the office for over a month. They said they don't know when they will cut a check, and Dr. Franco will not return my call. This is an unethical business practice.
