Wife scheduled an appointment with Sarah, very nice and polite. She was having back issues, Sarah scheduled a MRI quickly, Friday before memorial day. My wife get a call from a pain management company about injections for her bulging disc, she explains to the person she was not told she had a bulging disc. My wife then calls Joshua Wellmed and ask about the bulging disc, she was told by the person answering the phone she could not go into detail the Dr would have to call. That was Tuesday,she called back on Wednesday, Thursday and finally today only to be told by the staff that they are short staff and someone will call when they find the time. She has a bulging Disc. She wasnt even told what she could or couldnt do.
