Blue Fish Pediatrics

Blue Fish started out really good. It has since turned into a very bad office. We have been trying for 3 months to get our son the care that Dr Wallenmeyer has suggested. The office staff is calling us and asking us what the insurance code(s) should be. Dr Wallenmeyer is only concerned with whatever is in her growth chart averages. Caring for the patient is not her or the office's concern. When the care provider has reached out to Blue Fish Pediatrics to inform them of the insurance codes needed, Blue Fish refuses to speak to them. So I'm at a loss. I have a child who needs help. I have a pediatrician and office staff who are not helpful or empathetic in any way. So as far as I can tell, they're just not worth paying anymore. We will be changing to a different doctor who has already offered to get our child in as early as next week. Seems super simple apparently the doctor and office staff simply have to actually know what they're doing.
