Came in for UTI , in pain. Before even being examined Dr. M is on computer and confirms I am positive for UTI. He reviews my medications I say, “ I need a refill for Omeprazole” He tells me I will be treated for Kidney Infection. I repeat, “I need a new script for Omeprazole. Dr. M responds, “ I scan with my eyes”Dr M then faces me with a mean face throws up his hands and says, “ I am only human! “ I reply , “I am sorry! “Dr. M throws open the door and says , “ Medication sent to your pharmacy, you can go! “ I have been seeing for a number of years but yet today Dr. M made me feel unwanted , not valued as a patient with a problem. Somebody needs to take him to side and talk to him about how a Provider should take a patient centered approach. I would appreciate someone contacting me. At this point I feel I was a burden to Dr M
