Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

My interactions with my doctor there has been very positive, however, this 1 star review is due to their lack of mask mandate during the COVID 19 pandemic. When another patient asked and then removed their mask during my check-in, the follow up with the office revealed that their reasoning was "some people were getting angry and aggressive", so the office chose that since masks weren't legally mandated, it was easier to succumb to the temper tantrums of people who don't want to wear masks than the safety of everyone else in their waiting room. It's a horrible medical practice if they're willing to trade the health of their patients because some people are upset about wearing masks that protect everyone.
