I had an appointment in June with Dr. Miller. Sat in waiting room for one hour because receptionist forgot to check me in. Ordered refill of medication October 7, and pharmacy said Dr. Miller had cancelled the prescription. I called dr's office for explanation and requested return call from Dr Miller. Only received notification from pharmacy 3 hours later that prescription was ready. I was completely out of medication by this time because of delay with dr's office. When I picked up prescription, it was for twice the dosage with no consultation with Dr.
