Dr.Gruen is a very friendly person that makes me feel at ease when I have an appointment. Listens to what I have to say and has not only helped with prescription drugs but also over the counter medicines.

Appointment made 6 months ago. Thirty minute drive to office. Signed in and paid the previous day. Arrived, checked in and sat down. Ten minutes later the receptionist came over and told doctor had made a schedule change and my appt was cancelled. I was amazed this scheduling change was passed on to me the day of my arrival. I was given a new appointment another 90 days out! This is our FMC under Advent management. Services are poor, not enough doctors, poor scheduling service. The town has grown and FMC is not following suit. I have always had good service by Dr. Gruen, but if she is so overworked that access to her is so difficult, FMC needs to make changes.
