Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Leander

Hello, I hope this review finds someone who can address whatever is happening at this clinic, but the amount of inappropriate behavior I witnessed would not make me want to return. While there this past week, I witnessed a lot of inappropriate and rude behavior from the X-ray tech working that day. I overheard her cussing out and yelling at another nurse, and then after the other nurse left, she proceeded to talk behind her back about things that shouldn't be discussed in a workplace environment. I honestly feel bad for the other nurse and wish I had caught the names of the individuals to reference here, but the way that escalated, I'm sure you know exactly who I am talking about already. This clinic needs some serious HR training on communication and what is appropriate for the workplace. In my 50 years I have never seen anything like this.
