Stay Away
I visited Seva from March 2021 to August 2021. They obtained an MRI in April. After 5 injections and 1000.00 copay they told me I would need a surgeon. I got two second opinions and neither one said I needed surgery. In addition, they billed my insurance company for services never received. They have been calling to get a new appointment. They are not to be trusted.
