The receptionist that checked us 20 minutes after our appointment after being on the phone 20 minutes could not find the insurance on file and said we were not active and we lost our appt. Called billing they found my active insurance in less than five minutes. Went back to the dental office two hours later and a different receptionist found us very quickly and had us in the back in less than five minutes. Wrote a complaint about the lady named Jennifer as she does not know how to balance the phone and checking people in. 6 ppl in waiting room but stayed on phone instead of helping people. Not happy with the location and will be looking for another office. Dentists were fine. Great with kids just the office personelle struggle to do their jobs.
