ZERO rating. I was told I would be seeing the doctor since this was a surgical second opinion. When the male NP walked in, he was immediately short, rushed, & refused to answer any of my questions; rudest NP I’ve ever dealt with. This guy all but said “he was above my concerns“ & that I “was wasting his time with my questions, he had patients who appreciated his skills without all the questions.” Not only was he blatantly arrogant, he actually scared me that if I refused his recommendations my condition would end up crippling me. His attitude actually made me scared that he would recommend procedures way beyond what was required, cause further damage & then blame me I walked out shaking & in tears. My husband went in to make a formal complaint & was told the doctor was busy. The same NP would address his concerns since he was involved. The NP told my husband that I was too emotional & misunderstood everything he said. Stay away at all costs. Medicine by threats & intimidation.
