Waited and waited while others who came later...
I was a first time patient at Valley Retina Institute and received a referral from my Optometrist. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind. I had scheduled an 8:00 a.m. appointment to avoid losing work time. I arrived on time and got checked in by 8:15a.m. I then waited a full hour and repeatedly saw other come in get checked in and get called. After an hour, I complained to the front desk asking what was taking so long. The lady apologized and said that the staff in back knew I was here but had not called me. After another 1/2 hour I asked for a refund and canceled my appointment. The disregard for new patients should be a warning to others to not go to Valley Retina Institute for Ophthalmology help.
