HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION (Consistently)
If I could give the ZERO stars I would. Totally unprofessional. My current doctor's office and I have been calling and have left messages to obtain my records. The first call attempted, I was able to reach an automated system. Now it appears they are answering and LITERALLY sitting there quietly and not saying anything. It has to be the most juvenile behavior I've seen from a business entrusted with people's mental health. The services while working with them were very minimal, and they practically asked you a couple of questions and then pumped out a prescription. Extremely lazy treatment. Constant follow ups to get prescriptions or issues resolved. etc. RUN! DON'T WALK. I promise you there are a multitude of professional options that have better business practices and professionalism.
