Practice bought out service declined
Unfortunately, HCA was bought out. Since becoming welled it has become almost impossible to even reach anybody by telephone, they never reply to messages in the app, and even if you get through, it is months before they can give you an appointment. We really loved our doctor in the services and I’ve been going there over over 20 years, this is quite a loss It seems to have gone from Patient care focus to a more impersonal approach
