Waste of time!

I have been waiting for an appt for my neck and back for over a month. I scheduled with Dr. Bryant a neck and back dr and specifically told front desk it was for neck and back. When I arrive they tell me they will only look at one body part! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. A neck and back dr will not look at both body parts!? I asked why they didn't tell me this when I scheduled and the nurse said their scheduling dept is completely seperate from them! They have completely wasted my time today and the last month while I waited for the appt. Now I have to look for another dr and wait to get into them for an appt. I would not recommend going here!
