Pediatric & Adolescent HLTH Ctr

Terrible communication. Cannot get a call back from anyone and it’s hard enough getting through to the actual location. Called on a Friday asking to speak to a nurse since my child has been going there for 6-7 years. It’s 12 on a Friday and they tell me leave a message for the nurse, she’s on lunch. Ok it is the middle of the day that is completely understandable. Wait until about 2 pm. call again explain the front office I would like to speak to a nurse to see if I need to bring my child up there in order to get the prescription she needs. She gets strep every year sometimes 2 & 3 times a yr. I know what medicine she needs. I’m explaining to them if I need to bring her in I need to know now as it is 2 pm on a Friday before Labor Day weekend which they won’t be open again until Tuesday. That4 days without medicine she needs . was told to leave a message again and that someone will call me back. No one called. Simple phone call. Off to urgent care like we do every yr due them not caring
