My son came in to get allergy tested. Had 5 sets of 6 needles into his back. Got the results, & the Dr wanted to do extra testing… which included 13 single needles in his arm. I chose not to do that . It was already a traumatic experience with the testing on his back. The Dr told me(the parent) that I don’t care about my son & continues to be very disrespectful. This was my first time coming here . I will not be coming back. My son is a year old, the 30 shots on his back was hard enough. And for the doctor to tell me I’m a bad mother and I don’t care about my son, was sooooo inappropriate and simply NOT TRUE! I’ve never had such a bad experience.

Very knowledgeable and patient with children.He does have lots of patients a day, so you have to be aware that receptionist forgets some of her duties.

I would give no stars if I could. We checked in 25 minutes early where she regularly checks in and apparently we needed to check in at the other desk. No one told us that she could not have a visit and shot on the same day. Yes, they allowed us to sit there for nearly 40 minutes before I went to the bed and asked. They said the other day she knew and would be calling us back. It was almost an hour Before I went to the front desk and they said oh we’re waiting for authorization from your daughter. I told her don’t y’all communicate with the people that are waiting I believe that was very rude. Just just have us sitting there waiting and not explain anything. I believe that the people there are incompetent and really don’t care about the job. One minute they’re telling me they’re about to take me back in the next hour telling me that they’re waiting on authorization.
