Absolute Incompetence by administrative staff My experience has been mostly negative. I have Dr. Patel for about and frankly since I just needed some cholesterol medication I was happy to just deal with the terrible front office every 6 months. Frankly they try to get an appointment (and payment) every way they can. Need to get some bloodwork, you have to come in, have to read those results, you have to come in, need a referral you have to come in. The attention I received was subpar every time, the doctor barely looked at me or talked to me. If that was everything I would be ok. I have been calling for a referral everyday for the last 4 days and each time its a different excuse, first it was that the person that sends those out is out of the office. Ok, understandable. Call back again the next day, told me they will send out by end of day.
