we schedule a new patient visit with the nurse practitioner and upon entering the office before my appt time I was not greeted by staff. While one staff member spoke with a pt on the phone there was one sitting next to her that saw me when we came in and made no acknowledgment to me but continued on her phone. As I stood at the check in window and the other staff member got off the phone I was continuously ignored. When another member came from the back so looked me in my face and ignored me and sat down. After we left without service due to pure RUDENESS they called and left a very unprofessional voicemail asking if we wanted to reschedule. Would not return or recommend this establishment due to STAFF.
