Terrible management and office staff
If it weren't for the amazing dermatologist, we would have already relocated our care to another office. The front office staff fully diminishes the care here. You have to call multiple times in a row (over 10 times) for anyone to answer the phone, and then you're immediately put on hold to wait for minutes on end. They don't notify you of your appointment time and date. It took months for a prior auth to be submitted for my husband's biologic. I don't know what is going on at this office, but it's being so poorly managed. We will unfortunately be looking elsewhere for our Dermatologic care.
