Bad
I am here to parrot all the other 1 star reviews. I would keep looking for another medical facility.

Office staff are horrible
I was barked at across the lobby about a co pay, instead of being asked nicely. They do not file information correctly, and charge outrageous amounts.

Doctors are great, but getting ahold of someone by phone are the worst of any doctor's office I have used. I have an easier time getting the Texas DMV by phone to give you a general idea. Every time I call I am eventually told they will need to transfer me, and then un-shockingly I am routed to someone's voicemail. This goes for appointments, prescriptions, or general questions. Great doctors, if you can get through the communication wall to ever see one.

My PCP sent a referral to Dr. Sorin and said his office would call. I decided not to wait as the symptoms of my concussion were worsening. All I could get was an automated system so I left a message as directed…for 5 days in a row. I finally disregarded the instructions and punched a number that got me a person, who promptly transferred me to another recording. I called back and the disgruntled girl who answered the phone sent me back to the recording. Finally I got a call back and I spoke to a new patient rep who told me the other person in new patients was not in the office this week and she had turned off her phone, so my messages were ignored. THEN she told me they don’t take Medicare! There is No Mention of this on their website! A week wasted, a week with an untreated concussion. This is the worst patient “treatment” I have ever Not received.

Doctors may be great; the establishment and their administration practices are not. Billed $200 before even meeting the doctor. They do not follow up. They do not return phone calls, yet their voicemail (VM) intro says that leaving multiple VMs will result in a return-call delay. Unreturned call weeks after leaving a VM proves there was no intention to return calls; most calls are unanswered and routed to VM. Required asking my PCP to prompt a return call to schedule appt to look at brain MRI (3 weeks after VM). They said they'd order next brain scan the same day of appt (there was a 2-day window away from work to have the scan done), but 4 business days later, the scan has not been ordered. No sense of urgency, even if patient has family history of aneurysm, has been having headaches and is concerned. Window of opportunity has closed and now new arrangements need to be made. Summary: They care about receiving payment, but patient concerns are not THEIR concerns.
