Unprofessional and questionable actions
This nurse with held lab tests and cultured results from me for 5 days and failed to contact me about a very serious infection. Until I called on a Friday at 4:45 PM and I was advised, 'oh my' this is serious. They did not review lab results until I called and asked. Why? Ethics?End result was a 12 day NYC hospital stay.Thanks Gail.

Great PA that truly cares about her Patients'
When I see Gail for my regular and as needed issue treatment she always does a good job digging into my issues and understanding what needs to take place to resolve them. I feel like she does listen well and the staff is always so friendly.

Dangerous PA
Totally inappropriate care. When the clinic manager was called she was belligerent and not willing to listen to concerns from another medical professional about the dangerous prescribing practices.
