New patients, RUN AWAY. This is a first for me. I should've read the negative reviews before going to this place cause they're all spot on. Never even got past the waiting room or filling out my paperwork while waiting. I WALKED OUT. After leaving a message and never getting a call back I had to call several times before I was able to set up my appointment. When I walked, I was "greeted" by a mask-less, older lady behind the desk who looked at me like I was there to rob the place. I asked her if I surprised her and her response was, "I don't know you." She acted like she had no idea why I would be walking into a Dr.'s office because according to her, she had "never seen me before," rolling her eyes like how dare a new patient come in their doors. She was completely rude for no reason. Absolutely unprofessional! You can tell A LOT about a business whose staff treats patients the way this place does. I would NEVER put my trust or health in the hands of people with such nasty employees.
