Health Net Medical Clinic

I had an appointment today for a first time visit for a weight loss program and going to pay out of pocket. I called last week to make the appointment for today and was told to arrive by 3pm. I asked if there was a consultation fee and the response was no fee. When I arrive 30 minutes upon 3, I was told I was not on the schedule. I explained that I had called last week to make the appointment for 3. I'm assuming they squeeze me in the schedule and asked for $170 for consultation fee. I had to explain I was told there was not a fee otherwise I would've not drove 30 minutes to their clinic. So I was brought back by the PA as she explained to me that if I was going to be seen there for weight loss I would pay the VIP fee for $2300. I had waited over an hour to be seen and to sit in a room for literally 3 minutes. I believe the staff needs to be more organized and trained properly. I do recall one front staff member who was really polite and actually knew what she was doing. :(

Unprofessional. They haven't got a clue as to what is going on. D
